BEARD CLUB CULTURE

Chris Stoikos is a serial entrepreneur and founder of The Beard Club, which sells the must-have grooming oils and other products for today’s beard culture. After starting and then selling a business right after school, he moved to Los Angeles, where he truly earned the title of serial entrepreneur, starting one business after another. His toolbox alternative, Coolbox, landed him on Shark Tank, and The Beard Club (originally dubbed The Dollar Beard Club) has seen meteoric growth since it launched in 2015. In the first 14 months of business, the company took in more than $14 million in revenue.

The big reason for The Beard Club’s success is the culture Chris and his team created, and they work hard to protect it. As Chris describes it, “It’s body, mind, business all wrapped into one.” Chris also believes that a company is only as healthy as its unhealthiest employee. “Everyone needs to be taking care of themselves on every single level in order to be productive to the best of their ability every single day,” he says.

The culture is what launched The Beard Club. “It’s a cool culture. It feels good. You’re always energized. The energy within the office is phenomenal. Everyone is always hyped, vibing on super high frequencies,” explains Chris.
